This is one of those recipies that would not go wrong however you mix them as long as the proportions are correct.

For 9" circular pan used
3 apples, I used Gala
1 tbs cinnamon
5 tbs sugar
1.5 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
0.5 tsp salt
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup sugar
2/3 cup orange juice
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
